This is really good Cris! I love your timer strategy. The ability to lean in to those sensations and feelings is something that needs to be developed and practiced and this is a great way to do with out automatically launching into negative self-judgment mode at the same time. Love it.

"Anxiety and depression result when too many difficult feelings have gone unfelt for too long." This was just one of the excellent nuggets I found in this post, and I'm grateful to have (accidentally) stumbled across this Substack LOL. I keep brushing against this concept of "limiting beliefs," so obviously I need to listen to it and begin noticing it in my own life. "You get to find out who you are underneath the limiting belief" <- What a beautiful sentence!
